PROTEST
lead: A group of angry citizens, lead by their pastor, protest against Cornell University for teaching evolution during biology class.

LAWSUIT
lead: Lawsuit filed in court Wednesday against a local Produce Market for $100,000 from an accident that occurred on April 1 this year.
2 paragraph: Ellie Maston suffered when she slipped on a bag of green beans that were left on the floor, leaving her to slip and break a hip. The suit says that she "suffered permanent bodily and mental injuries, incurred medical expenses and lost income."
AGREEMENT ANNOUNCED
lead: The strike that would have stopped production and put 457 steelworkers off the job, has been called off at the last minute by both the union and the company after an agreement was made.
2 paragraph: Clyde Parris, president of Ambrose Steel Company, and Charles Pointer, president of United steelworkers Local 923, made the joint announcement to call of the strike after they reached a collective bargaining agreement. The terms of agreement will be read and next week the Union will vote on a contract that Pointer believes is the best they can get out of the company.
