Four men are being tried for an attack on a New Delhi woman last year. The death penalty is what the prosecution wants and thinks is necessary due to the excessive torture that the woman was put through. Their sentence will be chosen, whether for life or for death, on Friday by the judge.

Mexico arrests alleged leader of kidnapping cell

After kidnapping, raping and torturing women who try to cross the border from Mexico to the United States, it has been reported that Serafin Medina-Angel has been taken into custody. He has been charged with three accounts of kidnapping. Medina-Angel is believed to be a part of a drug gang that is causing much terror and danger all of the country.

 

Vital underground water found in arid north Kenya

Scientists have found a huge supply of water under ground in Kenya. Further studies are needed to be done in order to test the quality of the water, but the people of Turkana are hopeful. There are currently 17 thousand people in Kenya without access to water,  so finding this water supply may save their lives.
