Plant Accident:
A pipe fitter employed by Gross Engineers, was admitted to Methodist Hospital with thrid-degree burns around 3 p.m Sunday, after accidentally touching a wrench to a power line that was carrying 15,000 volts.
McCartney Illness:
Famous singer, Peter McCartney, is scheduled for throat surgery today at the Riverside Hospital after his voice was reduced to barely a whisper follwing his live performance last night at Bennett Auditorium.
